360 DEGREE FEEDBACK
The 360 Degree Feedback consists of an easy to apply, undisclosed, dynamic process with high credibility. It’s used among professionals in the same circle of business influence: clients, managers, partners, service providers, subordinates and employees. With this, the staff member will be assessed by a group of up to ten people, including his/her own self-evaluation.
In this assessment model, the employee will receive feedback involving the identification of his/her performance and suggestions for improvement and development that will increase productivity and quality of life at work.
